Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

If the customer is not satisfied with the product or if non-conforming products have been sent compared to what was ordered, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the person who made the purchase (the order holder), not by others who may have received the delivery.

The return of products is subject to acceptance by Pidielle S.p.A. in Parabiago (MI).

To make a return, please contact our customer service at elgon@elgoncosmetic.it with the following information:

• Order Reference Number

Returns of items purchased will not be accepted unless the procedure above is followed. It is recommended to ship the return package via registered mail with return receipt.

Pidielle assumes no responsibility for returned products.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

To accept the return, we must verify that the product has not been used and has not suffered any damage. Returned products must be shipped within 14 days from the delivery date, in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. We will issue a refund only if all these conditions are met.

Return Shipping Costs

If you wish to withdraw from a purchase, the return shipping costs are covered by Pidielle. Even in cases of a final return request, replacement, or exchange due to non-conformity or intrinsic defects (always for unused products), the return shipping costs will be covered by Pidielle. Once we verify the nature of the return and accept the claim, the shipping costs will be reimbursed by Pidielle.

Refund Process

After receiving the return and verifying that all conditions have been met, we will send a confirmation email to the customer and proceed with the refund to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. For credit card payments, the time required to see the refund will depend on your credit institution. In any case, the value date of the refund will be the same as the date of the original charge.
