Our actives
Our laboratories develop formulas by selecting targeted raw materials to guarantee high performance during use. Since 2021, we have integrated active ingredients obtained through biotechnology. This synthesis process allows us to reduce the use of water and natural resources compared to traditional extraction methods, decreasing the generation of processing waste.

At Elgon, creating beauty products is not only our job, but it is also our way of responding to the wonders of creation and celebrating the intimate beauty of nature, whilst respecting the freedom and equality of the individual.
A number of projects have enabled us to express all of this, including our collaboration with COOPI: starting with "D for development, The future of Sierra Leone is female", an initiative aimed at 2,500 women and their communities, in addition to activities focused on food security, in particular the strengthening of the cashew supply chain.

Being able to guarantee a 100% Made-in-Italy product is not enough for us: we have also chosen to work with a short supply chain, directly from us the producer, to you the consumer. We personally take care of the journey embarked upon by each of our products, from the idea to the formulation, production, packaging and finally shipping. Producing in Italy and avoiding intermediaries allows us to provide the best quality and the widest choice of products so as to allow everyone to express their uniqueness.
