Regarding the processing of data carried out by Pidielle S.p.A., including through its website, we provide the following information.
PURPOSES AND CONSENT
Data from information requests
In the case of information requests via email or telephone, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided solely for the purpose of responding to such requests. The data is processed on the legal basis of providing a service in which the data subject is involved.
Pidielle S.p.A. will keep a record of the contact in its IT systems, based on its legitimate interest, namely:
a) to offer better service to the data subject in the event of new contact requests;
b) to send a newsletter subscription proposal.
The data will be deleted only upon explicit request of the data subject.
This personal data is shared with external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. solely as IT service providers.
Data from commercial contacts
In the case of commercial contacts and requests for commercial information, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided solely to be able to contact those who requested the information.
The data is processed on the legal basis of its legitimate interest, namely:
a) to offer better service to the data subject in the event of new contact requests;
b) to send a newsletter subscription proposal.
The data will be deleted only upon explicit request of the data subject.

Data for order management
To manage received orders, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided solely to fulfill them, on the legal basis of executing a contract to which the data subject is party.
The data will be stored for up to 10 years from the last invoice received or from the end of any legal actions.
This personal data is shared with external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. solely as service providers (e.g. IT, administrative-accounting, full-service production, etc.).
Newsletter subscription
Pidielle S.p.A. invites its contacts to subscribe to its newsletter. Consent must be explicitly given by the data subject and may always be revoked by following the unsubscribe procedure. In this case, the data subject will no longer receive newsletters from Pidielle S.p.A.
In the case of subscription through the form on its website (or that of other companies transferring data to Pidielle acting as the controller), consent is not required as the newsletter is sent upon the explicit request of the data subject.
The data will be deleted or processing will be stopped (or limited) upon explicit request of the data subject.

Handling of support or contact requests
Sending data via email or contact forms to the addresses listed on this site results in the acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to the request, as well as any other personal data included.
This data is used on the legal basis of executing pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject.
The data is stored for three years after the service is provided to allow for any further quality checks; the data may be retained for a total of five years, as they are also present in backups.
Data collection at events (email)
In the case of contact details provided during events (where this privacy policy is always made available), Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data on the legal basis of its legitimate interest, namely:
a) to offer better service to the data subject in the event of new contact requests;
b) to send a newsletter subscription proposal.
The data will be deleted only upon explicit request of the data subject.

Data collection at events (phone contacts)
If phone contact details are provided (by the subjects themselves) during events, Pidielle S.p.A. asks for consent to use them to propose its products or services or to inform about relevant events via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar channels. This processing is based on the legal basis of consent.
The data will be deleted or processing will be stopped (or limited) upon explicit request of the data subject.

Data collection at events (statistical processing)
Data collected at events may be anonymized and processed to obtain statistics.
This processing is based on the legal basis of the controller’s legitimate interest.
Data collection during training courses
During training courses, personal data may be communicated to Pidielle S.p.A., which uses it only to issue a named certificate of participation. The data, in this case, is processed on the legal basis of providing a requested service and the legitimate interest of Pidielle S.p.A. (i.e., to offer better service to the data subject in the event of future contact requests).
The data will be deleted or processing will be stopped (or limited) upon explicit request of the data subject.

During the training courses, participants may share their email and phone contacts, which are handled as described above.
Contests
In the case of participation in contests, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided for participation in the contest on the legal basis of:
a) providing the requested service to the participants, solely within the context of the contest;
b) its legitimate interest, namely sending a newsletter subscription proposal.
Further data processing methods related to contests are specified in the contest's official rules.
The data will be deleted only upon explicit request of the data subject.
This personal data is shared with external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. solely as IT service providers or with other companies as specified in the contest rules.
Data collection on social networks
Pidielle S.p.A. processes data, as joint controller with the social network provider (who provides their own privacy policy), of visitors to our pages on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest) using tools provided by the channel itself (which also uses cookies and other tracking tools): visit analysis, user interaction, forwarding non-private messages, and other activities provided by the platform. Processing is carried out legally based on the consent given by the data subject upon joining the social network, to respond to their requests, and based on the legitimate interest of the controller (tracking interactions with users, evaluating corporate image, marketing). Data is stored by the social networks according to their own rules.
The data will be deleted or processing will be stopped (or limited) upon explicit request of the data subject, using the available functions on each social channel.
This personal data is not shared with external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. nor exported outside the social channels unless explicitly requested by the data subjects (for example, if they provide their email address). In such cases, the purposes and methods of processing are those described in other sections.
Suppliers
The data of our suppliers usually concern legal persons. During the course of the business relationship, we may collect contact data of natural persons. This will occur on the legal basis of Pidielle S.p.A.'s legitimate interest, i.e., to facilitate relationships with the supplier or potential supplier.
It is the responsibility of each supplier to inform the natural persons within their organization, whose data is communicated to Pidielle S.p.A., about the purposes mentioned above.
The data will be stored for up to 10 years from the last invoice received or the end of any legal actions.

Curriculum vitae and interviews
In the case of sending a curriculum vitae or collecting data during job interviews, Pidielle S.p.A. processes the data provided solely to evaluate and select individuals for future collaborations. This processing is based on the legal basis of providing a requested service.
The data will be stored for up to two years from the receipt of the CV or the conclusion of the last interview, unless a subsequent hiring takes place.

Reserved area
The data collected in the reserved area is the information provided by the data subjects on the specific platform.
The data is processed by Pidielle S.p.A. for the purpose of analyzing its products and services.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES AND TRANSFERS TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
The personal data mentioned above is shared with external entities to Pidielle S.p.A. solely as IT service providers.
Additional subjects are cloud IT service providers. In such cases, personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU or EEA. In these cases, Pidielle S.p.A. will preferably use providers located within the EEA; otherwise, it will verify the adequacy of the provider according to current legislation, the European Commission, and the Italian Data Protection Authority.
The subjects mentioned above act as “data processors”.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Please note that you may exercise your rights as expressed in Articles 15-16-17-18-19-20-21 and 22 of European Regulation 2016/679. Specifically:
