Shipping only available in Italy.

Delivery times

We are committed to delivering your products within 1-2 working days (except for hard-to-reach areas) following receipt of your order, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. We cannot guarantee these timings in particular periods of the year (holidays, Black Friday, etc.), in the event of courier strikes or for reasons of force majeure (weather conditions). We recommend that you always check that the address entered for delivery is correct before confirming your order.

Payment can be made via:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Ideal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or bank transfer.

Invoice

Once the order has been placed, the customer can request an invoice from our customer service department at the following e-mail address:elgon@elgoncosmetic.it, indicating the billing data and order number for which the invoice is being requested.
