The quality of the formulas has always been one of our strengths: our laboratory technicians only work with the very best raw materials and the purest of ingredients to obtain ultra-effective formulas, which are SLES-free and not tested on animals.

In 2021, we introduced new biotechnological active ingredients: a unique innovative solution that allows us to work with even purer principles and which use less water and fewer resources in their production process, rendering them more sustainable.

To do our part in reducing our environmental impact, we have chosen to install solar panels that help provide the energy needed for our production plants, whilst, for the majority of our products, we use recycled and recyclable packaging.

At Elgon, creating beauty products is not only our job, but it is also our way of responding to the wonders of creation and celebrating the intimate beauty of nature, whilst respecting the freedom and equality of the individual.

A number of projects have enabled us to express all of this, including our collaboration with COOPI: starting with "D for development, The future of Sierra Leone is female", an initiative aimed at 2,500 women and their communities, in addition to activities focused on food security, in particular the
strengthening of the cashew supply chain.
