Interview with: Domenico Semeraro - Elgon Technical Advisor

After the interesting chat with our Rosanna Amato, we decided to talk with Domenico Semeraro, new entry in the education team, our new Technical Advisor.
Through his words and feelings we try to understand what path Elgon is undertaking on his training program.

1. Hello Domenico, can we call you a new entry in the team of Elgon educators? What are your first impressions? How did you find yourself?
Hello, the first impression is very pleasant. A welcoming reality in which kindness and dynamism blend perfectly. I immediately felt part of an exciting project.

2. Each person, when joining a team, receives something, but at the same time brings something new? What are your expectations?
That is so true. I will certainly have the opportunity to share with the team education my experience in the field, side by side with hairdressers, and my experience gained in other companies.
For character then, I am naturally inclined to always put myself in the game. I hope to grow still much to be able to convey to all Elgon customers, through the various projects and our training program, the great quality of the product range and give value to an offer designed to meet the needs of each salon.

3. Have you joined the team, with work already started on the new exclusive brochure? What was your first impression of our training program?
The exclusive brochure is the link between the company and hairdressers. However, it is not just a sheet of paper, but a complete format, made above all of people and professionalism, to support professionals in a shared common growth.

4. To conclude our pleasant conversation, do you feel comfortable communicating an emotion?
This new adventure is pure energy. If I think about it, an image comes to mind: slide on a surfboard on the waves of the sea. Adrenaline and joy, challenge and balance, new horizons and new points of view.
The Elgon spirit overwhelmed me emotionally. I am enchanted by the path taken: people who work together, who improve and improve each other. All united, for a common project, the result of the uniqueness and capabilities of each of us.
I would therefore like to thank Elgon. For all this and for having the opportunity to be part of it.
