Daniele Silani, trainer and professional coach, will contribute to the event by going on stage to talk about generative relationships and strengthening individual performances.
Tell us about yourself and tell us who you are: "I have always thought that every person is what they believe in, and that each of us qualifies for the way they respond to their beliefs and values. I believe in the possibility of being happy and fulfilled by life, from this perspective say to be a dreamer, thank you for the question then."
Tell us about your story: "Many years ago, when I was barely more than a child, I heard my father talking to a friend in the living room of the house. He had just returned from a business trip and told of the exciting experience he had with a young trainer. I listened to him admired and intrigued, I think that experience positively influenced my school and professional choices bringing me here, to be precisely the kind of professional that described. Success and failure do not count, in the end it is never an algebraic operation, experiences do not have a positive or negative value, it is what you achieve with the experience that makes the difference."
What do you love to do in life? "More than anything else I feel like a father, it is the thing that most excites and rewards me."
What do your customers love most? "Listening and direct communication."
What are the strengths of Elgon? "The company is in a phase of change and strong creativity, this gives it the opportunity to design its own future and respond to new market needs. The value of proximity to the customer has always been a strong point of the company, today the challenge is to build a modern and current declination to the value of proximity. I don’t know if this is love, certainly it is a challenge that I’m passionate about."
What will the salon of the future look like? "It depends on what temporal hypothesis we consider, the one that most fascinates me is that of tomorrow’s salon, and it is the idea on which we work to offer an accessible and effective development project."
3 key words: "Awareness, mastery and change, which are the product of inspiration."
