ELGON OPENS A NEW SPACE IN PONTEDERA: ELGON HUB

Progettare un luogo pensato per le persone, in cui possano sentirsi nel posto giusto, fosse soltanto per un giorno. Con questa filosofia abbiamo progettato lo spazio Elgon di Pontedera (Pisa) dedicato alla formazione, argomento a noi tanto caro e su cui da sempre investiamo sforzi e risorse.

Here we will welcome our customers to lead them - through various training events specified in the 2018 calendar - into the Elgon world, offering them inspiration and passing on our know-how in terms of effective hairstyling techniques and methods.

Every detail is designed to create a perfect symbiosis with our hairdressers who, thanks to visual and experiential elements, will be able to immerse themselves in the Elgon universe, made up not only of products and innovation, but above all of a precise way of being and acting that is above all business.

Indeed, we would like to convey our philosophy of ‘life’ that embraces our people. In particular, we would like it to be known how much we care about the well-being of our employees, customers and collaborators, to the point of drawing up a Charter of Ethics by which we are inspired every day at work. But that's not all: Elgon's modus operandi has chosen to transcend national borders, taking an interest in quite challenging Social Responsibility projects. One of these is the one we have been carrying out with COOPI since 2013 and whose evolution we presented to the public at Cosmoprof 2018.

Inside the elegant and harmonious Hub in Pontedera, we would like Training to include all this, offering a world of values that tells about products and processes, but also an approach to work that translates into an approach to life.

It is no coincidence that we chose Tuscany, the land that first recognised us, where Elgon's presence is particularly rooted, thanks to a very active sales network and a large number of salons. This new space is also inaugurated to say a big thank you to all those who have believed in us, who continue to do so by supporting us and embarking on an increasingly exciting journey together.
