Tonactivator is a highly stabilised cream-based oxidising emulsion, which - through its action - is able to maintain the hair’s ideal degree of softness whilst simultaneously developing excellent oxidising prowess. Balanced to act in synergy with the Tonalight demi-permanent cream colors, it has been enriched with Aloe Vera owing to its moisturising properties.
