How to use
Application: Mix 1:2 with Elgon Oxi-Cream 10, 20, 30, or 40 volumes. Apply to dry hair and leave on for up to 45 minutes. Check the lightening every five minutes. Use the lowest possible volume of Oxi-Cream. Do not use on damaged or heavily lightened hair. The use of heat sources is not recommended time is 45 minutes.
