Imagea: for hair nature at the service of quality

All’interno dell’ultimo postblog vi abbiamo parlato di Mother Science, raccontandovi cosa significhi per Elgon essere green. Vi abbiamo descritto come, ormai, il trend della sostenibilità sia diventata un’esigenza dei brand che operano nel settore della bellezza e di come Elgon sia riuscita a coniugare questo bisogno con la richiesta, da parte dei parrucchieri, di avere prodotti che garantiscano allo stesso tempo altissime performance professionali. È così che è nata Imagea, la linea di prodotti firmata Elgon Green che coniuga natura e tecnica, benessere e risultato.

Imagea is based on five values: trust, quality, sustainability, ethics and made in Italy, offering a proposal in the name of transparency of information (renunciation of misleading claims) and focusing on effectiveness and naturalness, not only through the choice of biodegradable ingredients and derived from carefully selected sustainable agriculture, but also for a packaging that guarantees the highest level of sustainability, impacting on the reduction of CO2 emissions. The bottles and jars used, in fact, are in recycled PET, the tubes and labels are in bioplastic from sugar cane, while the cases are in FSC certified paper. Imagea also selects ingredients from developing countries to support rural communities there. Finally, Imagea products are 100% made in Italy, being subjected to a production process that is born and ends in Nerviano (Mi), the headquarters of Pidielle S.p.A., the company that owns the Elgon brand.

IMAGEA is a Vegan friendly line that contains in each product, at least one organic ingredient (Barley Protein, Orange Extract, Pomegranate Extract, Baobab) and one from sustainable agriculture (Kalahari melon oil, Purple Lao Rice Extract, Andes Quinoa Extract, Mongongo Oil). Without Sls, Sles, Silicones, Parabens, Petrolatum, PEG, Formaldehyde and Synthetic Dyes, IMAGEA also complies with the Halal standard, which certifies the lack of animal ingredients and any substance deemed harmful to our health.
