The new Collection 2018-2019 by Elgon: Carpe Diem, a collection that develops through four themes - Monochromatic, Modavation, Blonde Ambition and Cyber Nature - with the aim of nourishing the creativity of hairdressers around the world, through continuous ideas, innovative techniques and products in line with the latest fashion trends.
